Reservation confirmation

Until we receive a firm commitment, we reserve the right to rent the property to another party. Telephone reservations only become binding for both sides upon our written confirmation (email, letter).

 

Cancellation

No cancellation fees will be charged if the guest cancels up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the net rental costs will be charged;
for short-notice cancellations or early departures, the full agreed rent for the days in which
no further rental to third parties is possible must be paid.
Travel cancellation insurance can offer limited protection against this.

 

Pay

A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is requested 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card upon departure, or via bank transfer. Any fees incurred for card payments will be passed on. SEPA transfers in EUR at the current exchange rate are also possible from within the Eurozone upon prior arrangement.

 

Arrival/Departure

Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am is requested. Arrival before or departure after the specified time is possible by prior arrangement, possibly for an additional fee.
