Fifteen apartments in three buildings offer convenience and comfort, whether for a long weekend, a holiday, or spending the winter in the south. Living and sleeping areas are tastefully furnished, the bathrooms (most with showers) are modern, the kitchens are fully equipped, and telephone, TV as wello as internet access are provided. Each apartment has a terrace or patio with a lake view.

The Villa, located in the middle of the park, comprises nine holiday apartments (1 to 9) for one to six people, most with separate entrances.
The modern bungalow Sonneck consists of two apartments (10,11) for two and four people respectively, with ground-level access from the adjacent underground parking garage.

The Tessinerhaus, located in the entrance area of Casa Wülfingen, has four smaller holiday apartments (12 to 15) for one to four people.
